Who do I need to get this to at the CACC?

For over a year now Laurie Bleier has been banned from taking dogs from the CACC. She has a record of being difficult to work with and of not being responsible with the animals she took. One dog that she pulled was found wandering the streets (that was her downfall with CACC). A few months ago she left a dog at a vet’s office because it turned out not to be adoptable. When the pet community on Craigslist raised a stink, she said she took the dog back. I wonder what actually happened to that dog.
You have an undercover employee supplying her with dogs. Ms. Bleier has recently been seen taking a puggle from a female manager at the CACC. She immediately met someone to whom she adopted the dog. The adoption took place in the CACC parking lot, a very quick turn around.
She is constantly and relentlessly attacking the Board of Directors and Mayor’s Alliance both on Craigslist and through a “coalition” of her friends. You need to find your employee who is giving these dogs to Ms. Bleier – she is obviously choosing very adoptable animals and making adoption arrangements prior to picking them up with the aid of your female manager. Your female manager is assisting her every step of the way by holding the dog for her and then releasing it to her when she arrives. I wonder how many people asked to legitimately adopt the dog and were told it was already adopted? Those adoption fees would probably be very useful to the CACC, instead Ms. Bleier is enjoying the cash while staging protests about how badly the CACC is being run.
